As recently as 1974, women in the U.S. could be denied a mortgage simply for being unmarried. That progress is worth recognizing. Yet many women, regardless of relationship status, still follow a familiar path: buy a home, live in it, and build equity over time. It works, but it’s only one path. COCO helps expand what’s possible.
